Getting it set up was simple. I had everything ready to go without much hassle

It’s been comfy enough for daily use so far. The back angle sorta works well for me, and I can sit in it without feeling awkward or uncomfortable.

I felt like I was waiting forever for my order to show up. I remember checking the tracking one morning while eating a weirdly bent pretzel, and it still hadn’t moved. The product was fine once it arrived, but the shipping time was really frustrating.

For the price, it feels okay overall and it’s still usable. But after a few weeks, one of the joints started squeaking a little, and that part was weird. I’m not totally sure how long it’ll hold up, but for now it’s doing the job.

The box showed up beat up and the packaging was ripped open in spots. Luckily the parts inside were fine, but whoever handled this definitely wasn’t being careful.

I was a little unsure at first because I’m not the handiest person, but this ended up being easy to get going. The instructions were clear enough to follow without feeling overwhelming, and I had it set up quicker than I expected.

One piece did take a little extra fiddling to get lined up, which is why I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5, but it wasn’t a big issue. Once I got past that, everything worked just fine. If you’re worried about setup, I’d say don’t overthink it—you can definitely handle it.

I reached out to support and it took longer than I expected to hear back, haha. Not the end of the world, but I was hoping for a quicker response.

The app was easy enough for me to use, and I’m not the most patient person when I’m waiting on updates. The tracking worked fine for the most part, though a few updates showed up a little late sometimes. Could’ve just been me checking too often, but overall it did what I needed.

I tried using this a few times, but it never felt very safe. It was wobbly under me, and every time I squatted I kept worrying it was going to shift or slip. It also seemed like it had been handled carelessly before it even got to me, which didn’t help my confidence at all. Maybe it works fine for some people, but I just didn’t trust it enough to keep using it

I bought this because I specifically needed something that would work in my small room, but it still takes up more space than I thought it would. I feel like the basic idea was supposed to be convenience, and that kind of got ignored here. It’s also a pain to move around, which makes it even more frustrating. Maybe it’s fine if you have a bigger space, but for me it defeats the whole purpose

It’s not like the ads are totally fake, but they definitely make it look a lot better than it really is. I remember it feeling more reliable before, but now it just seems kind of hit or miss.

I sent the return back ages ago and the whole process has been painfully slow. I still haven’t received my refund, and I’m tired of having to keep following up and putting in extra effort just to get this sorted

There’s so much to choose from that I don’t get bored. Every time I open it, there’s some new workout to try, which is great for my lazy butt.

The price felt fair, not super inflated like some fitness stuff can be. For what I got, I’d say it was worth it, well, maybe not amazing, but definitely decent. Nothing fancy or over-the-top to complain about, just a solid value for the price.

I’m totally calm about the fact that I didn’t suddenly see some huge difference or anything.
